Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for service oriented individuals with prior experience and/or education in Event Production at some level who are ready to join our dynamic team. This role is suited for dedicated, punctual professionals who exemplify a commitment to continuous learning, empathy, composure, and professionalism in all aspects of their work situations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist Road Crews or Production Leads with unloading trucks
Assist with the set-up, and load-out of various production elements for live events.
Ensure compliance of event and venue rules, and XA Live Safety Policies.
Provide exemplary customer service to clients, patrons and artists and road crews.
Qualifications
Strong customer service orientation.
Good physical fitness with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Able to take direction, listen and follow instructions.
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
Reliable, punctual, and committed to safety.
A strong work ethic, and respectful in all situations.
Able to commute to various event sites throughout the city.
Willing to work shifts consistently between April to September 2026.
Pay
Starting at $25.00 per hour
Schedule
Minimum 4 hour Crew Calls. Some split shifts (load-in / load-out).
Call length will vary between 4 and 12 hours depending on the event.
Day/Evening/ Night Calls.
Available to work 7 days per week, depending on event schedule.
