Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for customer service oriented, licensed security guards who are ready to join our dynamic team. This role is suited for dedicated, punctual professionals who exemplify a commitment to continuous learning, empathy, composure, and professionalism in all aspects of their work situations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage access control and conduct security checks.
Ensure compliance of event and venue rules.
Monitoring sites and crowds either stationary or patrolling.
Managing and de-escalating unruly behaviour.
Respond to incidents in a calm and efficient manner.
Keep detailed notes and prepare thorough reports.
Provide exemplary customer service to clients, patrons and artists.
Qualifications
Valid AB Security License (required).
Standard First Aid certification (required).
ProServe and ProTect Certificates (required).
Strong customer service orientation.
Good physical fitness and able to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods in all types of weather conditions
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
Reliable, punctual, and committed to safety.
A strong work ethic, and respectful in all situations.
Able to commute to various event sites throughout the city.
Able to closely follow instructions.
Willing to work shifts consistently between April to September 2026.
Pay
Starting at $18.00 per hour
Schedule
8-hour/10-hour/12-hour shifts
Day/Evening/ Night shifts
Monday- Friday/ Weekends
