Who We Are Looking For

We are hiring reliable, professional Mobile Security Guards with a clean driving and insurance history to join our mobile patrol team. This role involves conducting regular vehicle patrols to monitor multiple sites, ensuring the safety and security of buildings, equipment, and people. The ideal candidate is dependable, calm under pressure, and takes pride in maintaining a secure environment while providing excellent communication and service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled vehicle patrols of assigned routes, ensuring thorough surveillance and security checks.

  • Verify all gates, doors, and access points are secured and restricted areas remain protected.

  • Identify and report unauthorized individuals, suspicious activity, maintenance concerns, or safety hazards.

  • Respond quickly and calmly to alarms or incidents, following established procedures and keeping dispatch informed.

  • Complete detailed patrol reports using company software, including photos, timestamps, and clear observations.

  • Maintain a strong, visible presence to deter theft and unauthorized access.

  • Communicate effectively with dispatch, managers, and clients as needed.

Qualifications

  • Valid AB Security License (required)

  • First Aid/CPR Certification (required)

  • Valid AB Class 5 Driver’s License (required)

  • A minimum of 5 years of Canadian driving experience (required)

  • A minimum of 5 years of clean driving abstract, with no at fault claims or any demerits (required)

  • A minimum of 6 years of Claim Experience Letter for Canadian Automobile Insurance History (required)

Who you are

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Physically able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods in all weather conditions

  • Strong observation, problem-solving, and situational awareness skills

  • A strong work ethic, and respectful in all situations

  • Comfortable working independently and staying calm in emergencies

  • Experience using patrol route or incident reporting software

  • Access to a personal vehicle is an asset

Schedule

  • Night shifts

  • Full-time

  • Part-time

  • Weekdays

  • Weekends

Pay

Starting from $19.00 per hour
