Who are we looking for
We are currently hiring Dispatchers to join us at Olds, AB. This on-site role plays a key part in supporting daily operations, maintaining effective communication between team members, and ensuring accurate reporting and coordination. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, highly organized, and confident in their communication skills. Prior experience in dispatch or a similar role is an asset, especially in a security or emergency services setting.

Key Responsibilities

•            Provide clear, timely, and professional radio communication to frontline guards.

•            Monitor ongoing site activities and respond to incidents as they arise.

•            Document shift reports, incident logs, and communications accurately.

•            Support security team members with information, coordination, and direction.

•            Escalate concerns and critical incidents to the Security Team Lead.

•            Maintain a high standard of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications

•            Valid Alberta Security License (required)

•            Valid First Aid/CPR Certification (required)

•            Prior experience in a dispatcher, call-taker, or communications support role (preferred)

•            Security industry experience (preferred)

•            Access to reliable transportation to and from the worksite

Pay: Starting from $19.00 per hour.

Schedule

•            10-hour shifts

•            Day shifts/ Evening shifts/ Night shifts

•            Monday- Friday

•            Weekends/ Holidays

Additional Information:

•            Uniform provided

•            Boot allowance available
